Refund policy

At Fakhre Leather Works LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because our products are handmade, we kindly ask you to read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Returns


We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and unworn
The item must be in its original condition
The item must be returned in its original packaging
Proof of purchase is required

If 14 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a refund.


2. Non-Returnable Items


The following items are non-refundable:
Custom or personalized products
Made-to-order items
Items purchased on final sale
Gift cards

Custom sandals made according to customer measurements or special color requests are not eligible for return unless defective.


3. Damaged or Defective Items


If your item arrives damaged or defective:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery
Provide clear photos of the product and packaging

If approved, we will:
Offer a replacement at no additional cost, or
Issue a full refund


4. Exchanges


We accept exchanges for sizing issues within 14 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for:
Return shipping costs
Any customs fees related to the return

The item must be unused and in original condition.


5. Return Shipping


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
We are not responsible for lost return packages.


6. Refund Process


Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
You will be notified by email
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method

Refund processing time:
5–10 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider such as Stripe)

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


7. Order Cancellation


Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After production has started or the item has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.


8. Late or Missing Refunds


If you have not received your refund:
